What we read. What we keep.

shout.family is a scan you start. We do not watch X in the background. We do not hold your keys. This page is how wallet data, $SHOUT holdings, and X reads work.

    Who this is for

    This notice covers shout.family and the shout.family API that powers scans, sessions, and payouts. If you only visit the marketing pages we still load fonts and site assets. We do not sell lists of visitors.

    What we collect

    After you connect Phantom we receive a Robinhood Chain wallet address and a signed message that you allow us to read $SHOUT holdings on that chain. After that you log in with X. We store the handle and X user id linked to that wallet, whether you follow @shoutfamily, tweet ids we have already paid, scan times, and the payout amounts we calculate.

    We also store a session cookie so we know the same browser is still that wallet. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and the time of a request so we can debug and stop abuse.

    How we use it

    Holdings decide your tier, lookback, stockback rate, and daily cap. The X read is only to find original posts with listed tickers or $SHOUT, confirm a follow, and avoid paying the same tweet twice. We use logs to keep the product up and to protect the treasury.

    Who else sees it

    Phantom shows you the signature. The chain shows balances and transfers. twtapi is the X read we call after a wallet is in a tier and you ask for a scan. Hosting, database, and domain providers see traffic the way any site does. We do not sell your wallet or handle to advertisers.

    Cookies and sessions

    We also set a short lived cookie during X login so the callback can finish. The session cookie is how we keep you signed in after Phantom. Both are http only. Clear them and you will need to sign again. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.

    How long we keep it

    Paid tweet ids stay so a post cannot be cashed twice. Session records expire. Logs rotate. Wallet and X links stay while you use shout.family so a later scan can apply caps and cooldowns. Ask us to drop a link and we will, except where we must keep a paid tweet id so the treasury is not drained twice.

    Your choices

    Do not connect a wallet if you do not want holdings read. Disconnect Phantom and stop scanning if you want no further X reads. You can write to the X account on this site to ask what we hold on a wallet or handle.

  8. 08

    Children

    shout.family is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think we have, tell us and we will delete what we can.
