These terms cover shout.family and the shout.family scan. Connect Phantom, post a listed ticker or $SHOUT, and you agree to this page.

The product
shout.family pays Robinhood Chain stock tokens when an eligible wallet posts a listed ticker, and pays $SHOUT when the post uses our cashtag. A scan is a request you make. We do not promise that a post will pay, that a ticker will stay listed, or that the treasury will always be full.

Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to use Phantom on Robinhood Chain where you live. Tokenized stocks are not available in every country. If a law where you live bars this kind of token reward, do not use the product. You are responsible for taxes on anything you receive.

Wallets and keys
You keep your keys. shout.family is not a custodian, broker, exchange, or bank. A signature lets us read holdings and bind a session to a wallet. We cannot move funds from your wallet unless you later sign a separate on chain transfer, which this product does not ask you to do for a scan.

X and posts
You must follow @shoutfamily on the connected account. We pay original posts only. Retweets are skipped. A tweet is paid once, globally. Daily caps sit on the wallet. Lookback, page count, cooldown, and stockback follow the tier on the rules and tiers pages. We may ignore unknown tickers.

Rewards
Payouts are ERC-20 tokens on Robinhood Chain. A listed ticker pays the matching stock token. $SHOUT pays $SHOUT. Tokens are not shares, votes, or a claim on the listed company. Amounts are calculated from public engagement at scan time, then cut by your tier and day cap. Figures on the site are estimates until a transfer lands.

Not advice
Nothing on shout.family is investment, legal, or tax advice. Token prices move. Chain outages happen. Holding $SHOUT to reach a tier is a choice you make, not a recommendation from us.

Brands and partners
Robinhood, Phantom, X, and the companies behind listed tickers are not partners in this product and do not fund payouts. Their names appear because the tokens, the wallet, or the posts do. Using shout.family does not make you a customer of those firms through us.

Changes and bans
We can change tiers, caps, listed tickers, follow rules, and these terms. We can refuse a scan, pause payouts, or block a wallet or handle that farms, spoofs, or drains the treasury. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Limits of liability
shout.family is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost tokens, missed payouts, chain or API downtime, third party outages, or any indirect loss. If a court still finds us liable, that amount is capped at the tokens we actually sent to your wallet in the thirty days before the claim.
